The year 2024 saw the firm amass an enviable €1.25 billion in total yacht sales, closing 35 lucrative deals on yachts exceeding 30 metres, marking a substantial 21% increase from 2023. In this rise to the top, Edmiston carved an indomitable stance, its global market share measuring a staggering 26% for yachts sold over €20 million. Given the present momentum, Edmiston executives, including Commercial Director Alex Koersvelt, foresee a bright future as they head optimistically into 2025. A noticeable increase of 42% in the demand for newly delivered yachts bolstered the affluent run toward prosperity witnessed by Edmiston. Interestingly, the 40 to 50-metre category caught significant attention, with an 18% uptick in sales. However, sailing yachts saw a slight dip in interest, with the market share dropping to 8.7% from a robust 9.9% in the previous year. For standout sales, the 60-metre Amels Come Together, with an asking price of €60 million, closed within a remarkable 86 days post-announcement.
